    Showroom Information System

    ABSTRACT
    Showroom Information system is a live server based application that will help to store
    the database of customers.This is a windows based application. This helps in managing
    data related to buyers of bike and car. This application provides high security of data.
    EXISTING SYSTEM
    In the existing system all the transactions are done in offline mode. The response is very
    slow and it is tough to get particular data if required. Online data storing and
    modification is not available. The records that are maintained in MS Excel cannot be
    shared easily in multi user environment. Lack of security grants access to anyone which
    may lead to data misuse.
    These are the limitations of existing system.
    PROPOSED SYSTEM
    The proposed Showroom Information System application completely automates the
    existing system. It handles the new and modified data of bike and car. Every detail of a
    vehicle like manufacturer name, date of purchase, price, model,color etc are
    recorded.This System will provide high security for the data of buyers. This window
    based application is designed with user friendly computerized system.

    MODULE DESCRIPTION
    1. Addition of Details :
    1.1. System shall allow the admin to login and add data related to car and bike.
    1.2. Admin has the permission to add data
    1.3. Shall be able to save list of car and bike.
    2. Viewing details :
    2.1. To view the saved list of car and bike.
    2.2. Each detail of car and bike like year of purchase, manufactured by , etc.
    3. Searching Details :
    3.1. car and bike based on matched keywords such as id,engine,etc.
    3.2. Search result returns information related to car and bike.
    4. Deleting Details :
    4.1. Only Admin is allowed to delete the existing data of car and bike.
    4.2. Deleting the data of car and bike using unique id.
    5. Customer facilities :
    5.1. System shall allow the customer to get the details of

    5.1.2. New model
    5.1.3. Currently available models
    5.1.4. Expensive models

    iii) Vehicle List – Here it will show you list of all the vehicle you have entered.
